Cathy Lewis, Owner and President

Cathy has been with Lewis Grading & Paving, Inc. since 1986 serving as secretary in the office and now holds the position of president and owner. Cathy has an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Accounting from Gaston College and possesses 35 years of management and financial experience in the construction industry. While her talents are best utilized overseeing “big picture” decisions, she often fills in on job sites by running equipment and checking grade.

Robbie Lewis, Senior Vice President

Robbie has been with Lewis Grading & Paving, Inc. since 1981 serving as an equipment operator and foreman, he has since moved into the position of senior vice president and acts as a project manager and estimator. Robbie attended Gaston College and received a certificate in welding and a certificate in auto and diesel mechanics. Robbie’s expertise in grading are beyond reproach and he is one of the very few who can set grade and fine grade without the use of GPS. While he has held the position of president and owner in the past, his talents are best utilized in the field leading by example and training other crew members.

Chris Lewis, Vice President

Chris has been with Lewis Grading & Paving, Inc. since 2000 serving as an equipment operator and truck driver and while he still works in the field, he now is a vice president of the company and a project manager. Chris handles scheduling and serves as the primary liaison between the office staff, clients, and the crew.
